This is Cromotransfer’s Whistleblower Channel. Cromotransfer provides a direct channel for its internal and external audiences so that any suspicious behavior or actions contrary to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, or laws can be reported.
The analysis of the reports is conducted impartially by the company’s Ethics Committee, which is composed of members of management and the board of directors. In cases where one or more members of the Ethics Committee are the subject of a report, they will be immediately removed from the committee to ensure the impartiality, transparency, and integrity of the investigations. Reports can be made via the link below or by calling 0800 880 5555 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), and can be made anonymously or not.
If you choose to identify yourself, the confidentiality of your information will be strictly preserved, with access limited only to the professionals responsible for handling the case. Cromotransfer’s Whistleblower Channel is managed by a specialized third-party company, which guarantees the anonymity of those who do not wish to identify themselves, making IP traceability and voice recognition impossible, for example, in addition to preserving the confidentiality of all information.
For both anonymous and identified reports, the company will provide a response in 100% of the cases. You will be able to track the progress of your report and interact with the Ethics Committee using the protocol number provided upon completion of your submission. This channel assists and supports Cromotransfer in protecting and enforcing the principles and guidelines of its Code of Ethics, and it should not be used as an instrument for frivolous or unfounded reports that are not based on factual evidence.
